Federal Apostille Pricing
For documents issued by U.S. federal agencies, certified by the U.S. Department of State. Federal apostilles come in one speed: there is no rush or same-day tier, because a single U.S. Department of State office handles every one of them.

Applies to mail-in and ship-back orders. Shipments we arrange are tracked and insured. Picking up at one of our offices is always free.

Good to Know
- Mobile (“we come to you”) travel fees are quoted after booking and are not included in the online total.
- Multi-document discounts are not currently available; each document is priced individually.
- Order tracking is included at every price tier, along with a free photo of the finished apostille cover sheet so you can see the work is done. A full scan of every page, at a quality you can send on to whoever is asking for it, is $2 per page.
Pricing Questions
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you’re quoted during booking is the total you’ll pay, including the government apostille fee, our processing fee, and any add-ons or shipping you select. There are no surprise charges after checkout.
How is my total calculated?
Your total is the per-document apostille fee for your chosen turnaround tier, plus notarization if required, plus translation if added, plus return shipping if you’re not picking up. Our booking flow shows a line-item breakdown before you pay.
