Same Day Apostille Denver is at 100 Fillmore St, 5th Floor, Denver, CO 80206, serving Denver and the Front Range. We are part of National Apostille, which is why booking, tracking and payment all happen here.
An apostille is issued by the authority in the state that produced or notarized your document. For a Colorado document that is the Colorado Secretary of State. Where you live makes no difference to which office it goes to, which is the single most common misunderstanding we correct.
Federal documents are the exception. An FBI background check, an IRS letter, a USDA or FDA certificate, a USPTO record or a federal court document is apostilled by the U.S. Department of State in Washington, whichever state you are in. See federal apostille.
Send us a scan before you commit and we will confirm which route your document needs, and whether the copy you have will actually be accepted, at no charge. Most rejections are decided before anything is submitted.
At a glance
What same day does and does not mean
Same-day service is genuinely available on Colorado apostilles in the right circumstances, and it is what we are named for. It is not a promise we make on every order, because it depends on things outside our control.
It requires a document that is already correct, in our hands before 10am, and a state office working at normal pace. It is not available on a mail-in order, because a posted document arrives when the carrier decides rather than before 10am. And it does not exist for federal apostilles at all: every federal apostille in the country passes through a single U.S. Department of State office, so there is no faster tier to buy and anyone selling you one is selling their own queue position.
Tell us your deadline when you book. We would rather say a date is not achievable than take the order and hope.
Colorado specifics worth knowing
- Colorado apostilles come from the Secretary of State in Denver.
- The notary must be Colorado-commissioned for a private document to take the Colorado route.
- Colorado allows remote online notarization. The state will apostille one, but some foreign authorities refuse remote notarizations outright. Say so when you book and we will check the destination before any fee is paid.

Same Day Apostille Denver: common questions
Where are you in Denver?
Same Day Apostille Denver is at 100 Fillmore St, 5th Floor, Denver, CO 80206. Please call or book online before visiting, so we can tell you whether your document needs to come to us at all — most do not.
Can I really get an apostille the same day?
Sometimes, and it is worth asking. It needs a correct document in our hands before 10am and a state office running normally. It is never possible on a mail-in order, and never on a federal document. Tell us your deadline and we will give you an honest answer before you pay.
My document is from another state. Can you still help?
Yes. We handle all fifty states and federal documents. The document goes to the state that issued or notarized it, and only the document has to travel, not you.
How much does it cost?
From $99 per document including the government fee. Notarization, translation and return shipping are priced separately and shown in your total before you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.
Do I need a translation as well?
Many destinations require one, and some require the translation itself to be notarized. We offer certified and sworn translation and can bundle it into the same order.
What if my destination country is not in the Hague Convention?
Then an apostille will not be accepted and the document needs full embassy legalization instead. The country checker tells you which applies in one click.
