- Arizona apostilles come from the Secretary of State, whose main office is in Phoenix.
- The notary must be Arizona-commissioned. A document notarized in California goes to California, however close by it was signed.

Do I need a translation as well?
Many destinations require one, and some require the translation itself to be notarized. We offer certified and sworn translation and can bundle it into the same order.
What if my destination country is not in the Hague Convention?
